I have joined various dating sites or other profile sites trying to see what my options are in online dating. I can't help but get a little envious when I read other young trans women who take hormones and experience the whole "constantly sore boobs". I never have experienced that like many of these women talk about, and I will admit it makes me feel like I was a little cheated a bit on my transition experience. How do others feel confident to do things that they have never done before or meet people who they don't really know at all? Is it through their own confidence as a person? It was interesting to get another perspective on it.

One thing that is for sure though, I probably need to figure out a way to feel like I am worth something and fully understand and be comfortable about who I am.

That part is difficult to do for so many reasons.

Sometimes I don't understand why I have this small sliver of doubt in my mind. It bothers me when I ponder it. It is that small thought in the back of my mind saying "What if you are wrong? It bothers me when I notice my facial hair growing slowly back throughout the week. It usually does not grow in too noticeably anymore, but I can still see it well enough when I look at myself.
